The Missing Answer
Phil's response to the candidate question was inadvertently omitted from the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania Nonpartisan Voters Guide published in Main Line Suburban Life on October 28, 2009. Phil submitted his response to the question along with the other requested candidate information, but for some unknown reason it did not appear in print.

What are the current and future needs of your community and how do you plan to meet them? (Response limited to 75 words).
Answer to Question
Goals: 1. Protect the taxpayer. 2. Enhance Tredyffrin's Quality of Life. 3. Improve Communications. Enforce Fiscal Responsibility by using good business sense/experience to control non-essential spending, implement a “Savings Bonus” program and encourage new business development. Quality of Life means support first rate Police, Fire and EMS personnel, reduce impact from Storm Water, Deer, and Turnpike Development. Lastly, the Township can improve communicating with residents, gaining their input and wisdom while not increasing costs doing so.
